UPDATE: Bank Robbery 11/25/2008 At 9:45 AM on November 25, 2008, Greenfield officers responded to a report of an armed bank robbery that had just occurred at the TCF Bank, 4375 South 76th Street. Three suspects were taken into custody at the CVS pharmacy at 27th and Howard a short time later. Those three suspects were identified as: Charles R Cole M/B 06/21/86 residing at 538 Ceap Ave, Oshkosh WI (gunmen who controlled lobby) Derrell D Cole M/B 12/06/73 residing at 4439 N 44 ST. Milwaukee, (getaway driver) Devonta D Cole M/B 07/31/88 residing at 142 6th St. Oshkosh, WI (possible lookout in van) Interrogations and further investigation found that one suspect had fled from the CVS pharmacy on officers’ arrival and remained at large. On Wednesday, November 26th, Greenfield officers and agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant at 4057 N. 12th St in Milwaukee and arrested: Jermaine L Goodwin M/B 01/09/72 residing at 4057 N. 12th St. Milwaukee. Goodwin was found to be the suspect who jumped the counter in the bank during the robbery. On Friday afternoon, November 28th, Darrell Cole, Charles Cole and Charles Goodwin were all charged with Armed Bank Robbery in Federal Court. Devonta Cole was not charged. The investigation of the Greenfield TCF robbery is now closed. An investigation of other related incidents has been turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
