GREENFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT SEEKS HELP IN IDENTIFYING BANK ROBBERY SUSPECTS

April 20, 2010

(Greenfield) –   On Tuesday April 20, 2010 at about 12:00PM two armed suspects entered the Guaranty Bank located in the 4600 block of South 27 Street in the City of Greenfield. The suspects approached a teller window and put a gun to the neck of a male customer, ordering him to hold a bag which was then used to carry away money obtained from the teller.  The suspects obtained an undetermined about of money.  The customer was not injured.Gauranty suspect 12(altered)

The suspects fled from the bank in a vehicle that had been stolen prior to the robbery. That stolen vehicle was recovered shortly after the robbery in the 4000 block of 35th Street.

One of the suspects had concealed his identity by wearing a hooded sweatshirt in which the hood zips closed to a mask of a skull and the body of the sweatshirt has a skeleton design. (See the attached photographs)

These same suspects are believed to have stolen another vehicle in the City of Milwaukee after the Greenfield robbery and then committed a second bank robbery at the Bank Mutual on South Howell Avenue and West Howard Avenue in the City of Milwaukee.

There are no suspects in custody related to this robbery at this time.

Guranty suspect 1 aSuspect #1: Male, Hispanic, 20-28 years old, 6’3” tall with a large build, clean shaven, armed with a black semi-auto pistol wearing the black hoodie with the hood up, white t-shirt underneath, blue jeans, black winter gloves, and white tennis shoes.

 

 

Gauranty suspect 2aSuspect #2: Male, Hispanic 18-25 years old 5’8” tall with a medium build wearing a black sweat shirt with a skeleton on front and back with a complete zipper hood of skull covering the entire head, black pants, and black tennis shoes armed with a black semi-auto pistol.
